Yay! Last page of Fuzz Society Issue No. 2 is finally up! It’s only been in my head for the past couple months lol! (Yeah, between vacation time and business/down time, it’s been a while). But here it is, and I hope you enjoy this final page. Thank you all for waiting so patiently, and for letting me veg out a bit. ;p
P.S. – You may have heard I had done a 24-hr comic (24 panel one-shots) earlier. It’s true! So stay tuned to hear more about this comic, which is not Fuzz Society related, but just as good!
Your friendly comic book artist,
Roxy
Panel 2, we see Phyllis looking sad as she says to the reader, "Lyra, I hope you're okay. I miss you." We see Tex in the grass behind her.
Tex comes up and says to Phyllis, "Hi." Phyllis asks him, "What are you doing here?"
Tex says, "I cam to say sorry, and to ask if we could start over?" Phyllis replies, "Why would you want to do that? I though you didn't like me?"
Tex smiles and says, "Truth is, I think you're cute when you're mad, even if you talk a lot. And I'd like to see where this goes. I do like you."
Phyllis is all smiles now as she replies, "Thanks... yeah, I think I can do that. Hug?"
In the final panel we see Phyllis and Tex hugging in the grass, as they smile and Phyllis thinks, "Don't ever let go!" Inset, we see Lyra awake and smiling as she says, "My work here is done!"
And it's a happy ending for issue #2!
